Tuyen is the CEO and founder of Anna ECI Vietnam, Tuyen brings more than 15 years of experience in application and service Diesel Engines through manufacturer standards; especially Caterpillar & Cummins. Leading a professional team of technicians and foreman's towards a service support excellency. Tuyen also is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the team's operations and ensuring that business objectives are met. He plays a crucial role in strategic planning, goal setting, and decision making. Tuyen also manages and motivates the team members, fosters a positive work environment, and collaborates with stakeholders to drive the team's success.

Tuan brings +20 years of experience in the ship designs based on that he is very experience in multi-brand engines. Tuan is our Head of Design Engineering and Shipyard & Register Partnerships Lead, he plays a vital role in technology solution and document procedure operations within the company. He is an important bridge in the marine ecosystem, connect with shipyards, ship architects, and registration. Tuan plays a key role in developing and implementing solution strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. He also collaborates with other teams to streamline processes, improve service delivery, and meet organizational goals

Thanh is responsible for overseeing the project progress. As an Head of Projects, he ensures that all tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards. He coordinates workflow, assigns tasks, and monitors progress to ensure deadlines are met. Additionally, he handles any issues or conflicts that may arise within the installation group, working closely with team members to address and resolve them. Thanh also plays a key role in identifying opportunities for process improvement. Thanh is an Electrical Engineer and holding BA Degree in Economy, with a massive experience in Construction, Mining and Manufacturing Markets.

Lisa has more than 20 years of experience in the marine and manufacturing industry in a variety of roles including sales and administration, business development and management. She is responsible for planning and coordinating operational activities to meet business objectives and customer expectations. Lisa works closely with the management team to develop operational strategies and goals, and ensures that they are effectively communicated to the rest of the team. Lisa is highly skilled in analyzing market, identifying areas for potential sales, and implementing enhancements to drive customer service.
